Grand Hyatt Istanbul Hotel

I always return for the superb service, comfortable rooms, and central location. The staff helped me with printing on my first stay. It has everything I need, from Wi-Fi to babysitting services. I'm coming back for a holiday!

The rooms at Grand Hyatt Istanbul are just fantastic. They have ambient controlled lighting which gives a spa-like feel, and the space is so comfortable. As a family with small kids, we loved the separate sitting areas and the laptop-friendly workspaces.

I would have liked the option to have a more traditional room layout.

I loved this hotel, it was immaculately clean and delightful! The room was perfect, with view at pool. The jazz bar was comfortable!

The Gaia Fitness Centre & Spa is perfect for working off all the Turkish delight I ate, and the outdoor pool is a great place to pretend I'm a glamorous movie star. The Library Bar is like stepping into a time machine to a gentler, more refined era.

The business center is so generous with its three whole computers, it feels like stepping into the Stone Age.

I stayed here 5 nights and liked it. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a safe box, TV set and a mini-fridge-bar in the room.

I did n't want to leave, had a comfortable experience and will be back. Stayed for 1 night, the hotel was convenient and spotlessly clean, it had unbeatable location near the center. Late check-out was useful.

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop because it is within walking distance from Taksim Square and main convention and exhibition centers. The hotel's outdoor pool, spa center, and fitness facility were modern and well-maintained. The meeting rooms were equipped for productive sessions and the staff was helpful and attentive.

The only service I missed for my work was a more conveniently located business center.

The bathroom was dirty.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury amenities. the Spa & Wellness centre was extraordinary, with a wide range of services, including body wraps, beauty treatments, manicure/pedicure. Plus, the location advantages were remarkable, offering easy access to restaurants and shops.

The indoor swimming pool was a bit small compared to other hotels in this class. this was a minor issue considering the other luxurious amenities this hotel offers.

Everything was simply wonderful. The breakfast was amazing, had a really great stay in this hotel.

I loved it, it was good. Cozy hotel, staff were courteous and the location was prime near Taksim Square. Breakfast choices were perfect. Early check-in was a bonus.

A standout moment during my stay at Grand Hyatt was when I requested an omelette at the breakfast area. Despite the kitchen closing soon, the staff member named Ali went out of his way to make sure I got my omelette. His professionalism and willingness to accommodate my request left a lasting impression.

I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt for a 5-day vacation and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with several nearby restaurants and easy connections to the rest of the city. The staffs were welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent service. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, especially the lovely bed. The spacious and luxurious bathroom was a great bonus. The restaurant served excellent quality food and the spa was one of the best I've experienced. I felt taken care of and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a pleasant view of the gardens from the room, with a big window and plenty of furniture. The staff were amazing, polite, nice, and very professional. The reception staff were always helpful with a smile, and the door staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were the most valuable assets, always being attentive and trying their best to serve what you like. The room was very comfortable, with a comfortable bed, shower, and excellent air conditioning. The hotel also had an excellent gym with barbell squat rack and free weights.

Located in a central area near Taksim square, this hotel is perfect for those wanting to explore Istanbul. The rooms are spacious and offer great views of the Bosphorus. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Breakfast is lavish, with a wide variety of options. The spa and steam/sauna facilities are top-notch. The hotel is also conveniently located near the metro and Istiklal Street.

One area where improvement is needed is the behavior of the security guard at the entrance. Some guests have reported rude and intrusive behavior, which is not expected from a 5-star hotel.

The hotel is conveniently situated near transport hubs and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Breakfast had a wide range of choices and was tasty. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bathrooms were well maintained. Guests could have as much drinking water as they wanted and the pool was majestic.

Understaffed at times, resulting in delays in getting assistance from bell boys or receptionists. Room decor and bathroom could be improved, as they appeared a bit cheap and underwhelming.

The breakfast buffet at Grand Hyatt was exceptional! I loved the variety of fresh fruits, pastries and hot dishes. The omelettes made to order were delicious. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
